• Your name and your agency's name
• Whether you were using the web platform or the iOS app
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead
• A screenshot if you have one — it almost always helps

Signing in

Companion Pro accounts are created by your agency's administrator — there is no public sign-up. If you don't have a login, or your login has stopped working, contact your office administrator first. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen and a reset email will be sent to your account's email address.

Suggestions and feature requests

Signed-in users can send suggestions directly from the platform (the Suggestion button on the dashboard). Screenshots can be attached, and our team reviews every submission.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete personal information we hold, email roberto@rglloans.com.au — see our Privacy Policy for details. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

New agencies

Companion Pro is sold as a subscription to real estate agencies. If you'd like a demonstration or pricing for your office, email roberto@rglloans.com.au with your agency name and the number of agents, and we'll be in touch.
